Schedule & Availability

This position is posted as full-time; however, qualified part-time applicants with flexible weekday availability are encouraged to apply.

Applicants must have flexible availability Monday through Friday during our business hours of 5:00 AM–6:30 PM .

Employee schedules are based on:

• Children's attendance
• Classroom needs
• Staffing ratios
• Enrollment

We strive to provide consistent schedules while supporting a healthy work-life balance. Candidates with flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including closing shifts, are strongly encouraged to apply.

We're Looking for Someone Who...

✔ Loves working with toddlers (18 months–3 years)

✔ Enjoys sitting on the floor, reading books, singing songs, dancing, and learning through play

✔ Uses positive guidance and helps children build confidence, independence, and social skills

✔ Actively supervises children indoors and outdoors

✔ Is dependable, punctual, and committed to showing up consistently

✔ Welcomes coaching, feedback, and professional growth

Experience is preferred but not required. We are willing to train the right person who is dependable, coachable, and passionate about working with young children.

• Communicate professionally with families and coworkers.
• Follow attendance expectations.
• Call management directly when absent or running late (text messages are not accepted).
• Understand that children thrive with consistent, dependable caregivers.
