Key Responsibilities: Perform all procurement procedures through Enterprise Resource Planning(ERP), Inventory Control System(ICS) & Product Tracking and Tracing System(PTNT). Assist in procurement functions include product sourcing, price research , purchase requisition , quotation/tender administration , commitment monitoring , technical vetting arrangement etc. Manage , tidy , systematically arrange and optimize all stock including IC S , NON-ICS & consignment items and consumables. Liaise with department users, suppliers or other external parties on all matters relating to procurement activities, store management and delivery. Order consumables from hospital stores. Monitor and assist the logistics of SSU’s and Auto-refill’s stock in-and-out. Record the stock transaction and provide regular balance report. Check stock, prepare regular report, assess the status of consumables used and be aware of low level, slow moving and expiring stock. Compile data and generating statistics reports for analysis and review. Assist in recall exercise , financial audit , physical audit and related document preparation. Carry out all procedures of Enterprise Asset Management System(EAM). Handle all of condemned items and obsoleted item such as preparing condemn form, or surplus to other unit, checking of asset no., checking of EAM system when it is deleted. Send instrument and equipment for repair and keep related record. Handle users’ enquiries and complaints. Maintain safe environment of store and office according to Occupational Safety and Health(OSH) guidelines. Assist in preparing yearly instrument and equipment procurement plan. Assist in preparing regular report of expenditure of goods for each end-users locations. Monitor all procurement orders and ensure to meet the cut off dates at the end of each financial year. Assist all stock management procedure as instructed by nurses. Perform any other duties as assigned by in-charge supervisor. Entry Requirements:

• 1. | Serving staff in the substantive rank of Supplies Assistant with at least 3 years of satisfactory service and have passed the Government Supplies Department competitive examination; |

| 2. | (i) | 5 subjects, including English Language (Syllabus B), Chinese Language and Mathematics at Grade E in the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination, or equivalent. |

• | (ii) | 5 subjects in Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education attaining the level specified below: |
• | | ． Level 2 in English Language, Chinese Language and Mathematics; and |
• | | ． Level 2 in New Senior Secondary subjects/ “Attained” in Applied Learning subjects/ Grade E in Other Language subjects; or equivalent. |

| 3. | A former Hong Kong Polytechnic Certificate of Proficiency in Stores Supervision, or equivalent. |

• 4. | A former Hong Kong Polytechnic Advanced Certificate in Storekeeping. |

• 5. | Grade E in Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination English Language (Syllabus B), or Level 2 in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education English Language, or equivalent, plus a former Hong Kong Technical College Supply Officers Ordinary Course Certificate. |

Preferable Attributes/Exposure: Good knowledge of other common office automation (e.g. E-mail, Internet/Intranet etc.) and PC applications (e.g. Windows, MS Outlook, MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, Chinese Word Processing), etc. Knowledge / application of HA’s corporate systems including but not limited to Enterprise Resources Planning System(ERP), Enterprise Asset Management System(EAM), Inventory Control System(ICS) and Purchase Requisition Information System(PRIS). With experience in procurement and store operations management. With experience in inventory management. With supervisory experience preferred. With knowledge and experience in operating the pallet jack. With experience in Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) or other stock management system.
