David also has more than eight years of policy work in Behavioral Health and experience as an adjunct instructor at both the Graduate and Associate levels, teaching theory and practice courses. He is passionate about developing and supporting counselors at all stages, while cultivating a trauma-informed, balanced organizational culture. Description Pre-Licensed Associate (Licensed Professional Counselor Associate). Provide Individual, Couple and Family Psychotherapy in a grounded, professional work culture. Base salary ranges post six-month probation: Pre-Licensed Professional: $67,200–$71,145 per year Who We Are Looking For We are seeking candidates for all positions who meet the following qualifications: Certified Alcohol & Drug Addiction Counselor, or willingness to earn this certification. Comfort with a hybrid schedule, with 60% of weekly clinical hours conducted in office. Ability to schedule 27 hours of clinical contact per work week. Available Positions and Schedules The following Pre-Licensed Professional Counselor Associate positions are open: Three weekday positions, Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. One evening/weekend position, Wednesday–Sunday, 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM. Friday afternoons are dedicated to staff lunch, meetings, supervision, and administrative work. Hired staff will have a six-month probationary period during which insurance credentialing will occur. During this period, staff will be compensated at an hourly rate based on completed clinical hours, with 1.5 hours credited per completed/billed clinical hour. An additional 30 minutes per clinical hour is reserved for associated administrative work. Preferred Training and Experience Training and experience providing couples therapy. Training and experience providing family therapy. Certified Gambling Addiction Counselor certification, or willingness to earn this credential.
