Aerospace Milling Shop Lead — Mentor & Achieve Quality

Quality Controlled Manufacturing, Inc. is seeking a Precision Milling Shop Lead to drive aerospace-grade machining operations. You will coach machinists, coordinate with Engineering on strategy, and confirm quality checkpoints to AS9100 and FAA controls while protecting schedule and cost. Lead a team of CNC programmers and technicians, advance Lean/5S initiatives, and collaborate with Supply Chain on materials, NCR/MRB closures, and NPI to deliver high‑quality components on time. #J-18808-Ljbffr Quality Controlled Manufacturing, Inc.
