Role Description The Commercial Real Estate Advisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Boca Raton, FL. This position focuses on sourcing, analyzing, and executing commercial real estate opportunities, including retail, office, and industrial properties. Day-to-day responsibilities include prospecting and cultivating client relationships, preparing and presenting property valuations and investment analyses, and supporting acquisition, disposition, and leasing transactions. The advisor will conduct market and property research, coordinate property tours and client meetings, and collaborate with internal team members to develop marketing materials and deal strategies. The role also involves maintaining accurate pipeline and transaction records, monitoring market trends, and providing timely, transparent communication to clients throughout the transaction lifecycle. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong expertise in Commercial Real Estate, Real Estate, and Real Property, with exposure to investment, leasing, or brokerage activities. Candidates should possess solid Sales skills, including prospecting, negotiation, deal structuring, and closing transactions in a client-facing environment. Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service skills, with a focus on responsiveness, clear communication, and relationship management. Candidates should possess analytical and financial skills, including market research, comparative analysis, and basic understanding of investment metrics (cap rates, IRR, cash-on-cash). Candidates should possess strong written and verbal communication skills, presentation abilities, and comfort working with digital tools, CRM systems, and marketing platforms. Relevant experience in commercial brokerage, asset management, or real estate investment is highly beneficial; Florida real estate license (or ability to obtain) is preferred.
