Nurse PractitionerAs a Nurse Practitioner with Carease Health you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality preventative care to residents in skilled nursing facilities. This hybrid role combines on-site visits with remote work from home, supported by a dedicated scribe team for efficient documentation.
