: Department: 16001504 AH Foundation Operations Shift: Day (United States of America) Hours: 40 Contract: Non-Union Weekend Rotation: None Job Profile Summary: Provides strategic direction to develop and lead a consistent, highly innovative gift processing and customer service team for a dynamic system-wide philanthropy team. Oversees the operations and implementation of all aspects of gift processing and related data management including analysis and process improvements. Leads with a customer/donor centered focus to provide best in class donor/customer service. :
Principle Responsibilities
- Gift Processing Management.
- Develops policies, procedures and practices related to gift entry and acknowledgement.
- Oversees donation and gift management.
- Collaborates with other departments across the system that may interconnect with the gift process.
- Seen as the overall process SME.
- Problem Resolution.
- Provides excellent customer service to donors, foundation, finance, tax and other areas across the system.
- Troubleshoots highly complex issues and serves as a resource in content, processes and procedures associated with their specific role.
- Reporting.
- Prepares reports for analysis and identify performance trends.
- Ensures accurate records are maintained in database.
- Manage and develop staff.
- Manages the performance of staff including coaching, recognizing and delivering annual performance reviews.
- Coordinates with recruitment in selecting and retaining qualified candidates.
- Trains and orients new staff.
- Other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
- Associate's or Vocational degree Business non-profit or related field required
- Bachelor's degree Business non-profit or related field preferred
- 5 to 7 years of relevant philanthropy experience required
Physical Demands Sedentary: Lifting weight Up to 10 lbs. occasionally, negligible weight frequently
Additional :- Hybrid Position with approx. 60% Remote
- Experience working with Raisers Edge or Equivalent Data Base a Plus
- Experience with Luminate a plus
- Gift Processing Experience preferred
- Ability to work independently, self-starter
- Management experience a plus
- Experience Working with a Finance Department a Plus
- Previous Gift Processing experience a Plus
- Typical work week is M-F, 8 Hours (M-F 8 Hour Shifts)
- Office location is based at the Allina Commons, Minneapolis
