Maintenance Technician

Doherty Staffing Solutions is hiring a Maintenance Technician for a manufacturing company in Menahga, MN. In this role, you’ll support equipment reliability and facility operations to keep production running safely and efficiently. What You’ll Do as a Maintenance Technician:

• Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on production equipment
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues
• Repair or replace worn or damaged parts to minimize downtime
• Assist with facility maintenance needs as required
• Document maintenance activities and follow safety procedures
• Support production teams to ensure smooth daily operations

What You Need to Bring to the Maintenance Technician Role:

• Previous maintenance or industrial mechanical experience preferred
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair machinery and equipment
• Basic electrical and mechanical knowledge
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet for the duration of the shift
• Ability to read and follow work instructions and safety guidelines
• Reliable transportation to Menahga, MN
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and/or drug screen, if required
