This full-time contract role provides speech-language services across several school buildings in the Oakridge area for the 2026-2027 school year. You'll have a manageable caseload with students described as low-behavior, making the assignment ideal for those who value positive, focused therapeutic interactions.

Candidates must have an active SLP licensure and hold the CCC-SLP certification. Experience providing speech therapy in school settings is desired, and proficiency in creating and implementing individualized treatment plans is a must. The district prefers a dedicated provider to replace a currently virtual candidate, offering more direct interaction and stronger support for students.

Qualifications:

• Active and valid SLP license required
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
• Experience in school-based settings, K-12, highly preferred
• Strong collaborative and communication skills
• Ability to travel between buildings within the district
• Commitment to fostering a supportive and inclusive learning environment

Responsibilities:

• Deliver speech and language therapy services to students in K-12 across multiple school sites
• Perform assessments, develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Collaborate closely with educators, support staff, and families to maximize student success
• Maintain detailed records of student progress
• Attend meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary teams
