Production associates

Our client, the manufacturing industry is seeking a Production associates to join their team. As a Production associates, you will be part of the manufacturing department supporting the wood production team. The ideal candidate will have reliability, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Production associates Pay Range: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour (based on shift) Available schedules: 1st Shift: Monday through Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM; 2nd Shift: Monday through Thursday, 3:00 PM - 1:30 AM What's the Job? Operate and assist with wood manufacturing equipment Assemble, sand, cut, and finish wood products Load and unload materials as needed Inspect products for quality standards Maintain a clean and safe work environment What's Needed? Previous manufacturing, production, or warehouse experience preferred but not required Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift Ability to lift up to 50 pounds Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Reliable transportation and dependable attendance What's in it for me?
