At Kimberly‑Clark, you’ll help deliver better care for billions of people worldwide by defining and driving the portfolio of transformation initiatives within Family Care. Responsibilities Strategy Development, Analysis and Data-Driven Decision Making Aggregate, assess, and synthesize disparate data sources to generate insights that inform strategy development and strategic decision‑making. Conduct rapid strategic situation analyses to identify issues, risks, and opportunities within the transformation portfolio. Develop concise, data‑backed recommendations to present to leadership and senior stakeholders. Cross-Functional Coordination and Stakeholder Engagement Act as a central coordination point across workstreams, ensuring integration and seamless execution. Collaborate with initiative leads, process leads, and transformation teams to align on key priorities. Provide regular updates to executive stakeholders on progress, risks, and mitigation strategies. Work Choreography and Execution Oversight Lead individual strategy and transformation workstreams as part of the broader transformation agenda. Manage and coordinate the execution of transformation initiatives, ensuring alignment with program objectives. Choreograph the sequencing of workstreams to maximize efficiency and minimize bottlenecks. Continuously adjust and optimize program timelines and milestones based on evolving business needs. Priority Management and Resource Allocation Monitor shifting business needs and adjust program priorities accordingly to ensure high‑impact delivery. Assess resource availability and reallocate team members or funding to meet evolving demands. Work closely with initiative leads and functional leaders to balance workloads and remove execution roadblocks. Qualifications 7+ years of business experience in strategy consulting, internal strategy roles, marketing, sales, or finance with experience in developing and executing strategy. Bachelor’s degree in business or related field; MBA preferred. Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to independently generate strategic insights. Excellent written and verbal communication; capable of tailoring messaging appropriately for a given audience. Leadership experience in a highly matrixed organization, driving collaboration across businesses and functions. Strong understanding of the P&L and corresponding levers to drive performance. Highly motivated self‑starter who is performance‑driven. Project management skills: scope projects, manage teams, deliver results against set expectations, timelines, and budgets. Consumer (CPG and Retail) industry knowledge: understanding of key players, dynamics, trends, industry analyses, and metrics. Influence and stakeholder management ability: manage and influence senior‑level stakeholders. Experience in large, global organizations requiring collaboration across boundaries and leadership through influence. Compensation & Benefits Salary Range: $173,400 – $214,200 USD (US locations only). The position offers a target bonus, a 401(k) plan, and a profit‑sharing plan. Role is available for local candidates already authorized to work in the country only. Relocation support will not be provided.
