Physician - Hospitalist - Nocturnist

Nocturnal Hospitalist Opportunity In Fargo, ND

Sanford Health has immediate openings for board-certified/board-eligible nocturnal hospitalists to practice in Fargo, North Dakota. The hospitalist program was established in 1998. Full-time and part-time nocturnist positions are available with teaching opportunities of residents and medical students in internal medicine, podiatry, psychiatry, and transitional year programs through the UND School of Medicine and Health Sciences. The schedule is 7 on / 7 off; hours are 8pm-8am or 10pm-8am. The average patient volume is 16 patients per day. Procedures are optional. There is an open ICU with 24/7 intensivist support. There are 80 specialty areas of medicine, including heart, cancer, women's, children and newborns, orthopedics, brain and spine, and transplantation. The facility is brand new and state-of-the-art.
