Your Role Awaits

• Conduct routine and sophisticated clinical laboratory tests across various specialties—chemistry, hematology, immunology, and many others—following established protocols with precision.
• Evaluate test results for integrity, resolve discrepancies, and perform routine maintenance and calibration of laboratory instruments.
• Assist in specimen collection and prepare samples for comprehensive testing as needed.
• Ensure detailed documentation of processes, assist in training new team members or students, and contribute to maintaining high lab quality standards.
• Uphold a clean and safe working environment while complying with regulatory and accreditation guidelines.

Education

• A Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or a related allied health degree, along with preparation for ASCP/AMT certification.

Certifications

• ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) must be obtained within your first year of employment.
• Maintain current certification throughout your tenure with us.
