High-Net-Worth Insurance Producer (United States)

Bruce Gendelman Insurance is looking for highly motivated, well-connected professionals to help expand our high-net-worth personal insurance practice throughout the United States.

We specialize in sophisticated insurance programs for affluent and ultra-high-net-worth individuals and families, including luxury homes, automobiles, valuable collections, jewelry, yachts, excess liability and other complex personal risks.

This is a business-development and relationship-focused position.

Your primary responsibility is to develop relationships and bring new high-net-worth clients to our firm. Our experienced internal team provides the insurance expertise, carrier relationships, marketing, placement and ongoing account servicing.

You develop the relationships. We provide the insurance platform and support to take care of them.

This opportunity is ideal for an entrepreneurial professional who has strong relationships with affluent individuals, business owners, family offices, wealth managers, private bankers, attorneys, accountants, luxury real estate professionals and other centers of influence.

• Strong existing network of high-net-worth individuals and/or professionals who advise them
• Entrepreneurial, independent and self-motivated
• Exceptional professionalism and communication skills
• Highly responsive and responsible
• Comfortable developing new relationships and asking for business
• Ability to work independently from anywhere in the United States
• Property & Casualty insurance license preferred, or willingness and ability to obtain appropriate licensing
• Prior insurance experience is helpful but not required for an exceptional relationship-driven candidate
