This role is responsible for coordinating shipments, managing routing activities, resolving customer issues, and ensuring timely, accurate order fulfillment.

Client Service Administrator Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $ 20.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• Weekend work required
• First Shift (Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 04:30pm)

• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments to ensure on-time delivery.
• Plan and manage transportation routing while communicating with carriers and distribution partners.
• Monitor shipment status and proactively resolve delivery delays or transportation issues.
• Process customer orders, shipment requests, and transportation documentation.
• Maintain accurate customer records within the Warehouse Management System (WMS) or ERP.
• Collaborate with warehouse, transportation, inventory, and operations teams to ensure customer expectations are met.
• Prepare shipping documentation including Bills of Lading, routing instructions, ASN's, and delivery paperwork.
• Investigate shipping discrepancies and coordinate corrective actions.
• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare customer reports.
• Assist with inventory discrepancies, returns, and order exceptions.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and customer satisfaction.

Client Service Administrator Qualifications:

• Strong background in distribution, transportation, routing, or supply chain operations.
• Experience coordinating carriers and transportation schedules.
• Experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), Transportation Management Systems (TMS), or ERP software preferred.
