Here’s what you’ll be doing: Designing eye-catching visuals for websites, social media, advertisements, and marketing campaigns. Developing brand identities, including logos, typography, and style guides, that resonate with target audiences. Creating assets for both digital and print platforms, such as banners, brochures, infographics, and presentations. Collaborating with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute creative campaigns that align with client goals. Translating complex ideas into visually appealing designs that tell a story and leave a lasting impression. Staying up to date with design trends and ensuring all work adheres to modern aesthetic and technical standards. Managing multiple projects with varying deadlines while maintaining exceptional quality. Your First 3 Months: First Week : Onboarding into the team culture, tools, and creative processes. Weeks 2-4 : Familiarize yourself with our branding guidelines, start contributing to small-scale design tasks, and collaborate with other team members. Months 2-3 : Take ownership of larger design projects, from brainstorming to final delivery, while continuing to refine your skills and work seamlessly with clients and colleagues. Requirements: A strong portfolio showcasing diverse graphic design projects across digital and print mediums. Expertise in tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.). Experience designing for web and social media platforms. Familiarity with motion graphics or video editing (a bonus but not required). An understanding of branding and the ability to create cohesive design systems. Exceptional attention to detail and a knack for visual storytelling. The ability to manage your time effectively and handle multiple projects simultaneously. A passion for learning and staying ahead of industry trends.
