Job Title Full-Time AM Operations Supervisor Needed Marsden Services Location & Schedule Westerville, OH, 300 Schrock Rd Shift: Monday-Friday 7:30 AM-4:00 PM (STARTS WITHIN 2-3 WEEKS OF BEING HIRED DUE TO THE CHASE BADGING PROCESS) Compensation $19.00/hour Requirements You must be 18 years old. A pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check are required. You must have a valid driver's license. Able to lift up to 40 lbs. Job Duties Assists the Site Operations Manager in overseeing a team executing a high level of customer care for a significant account within the assigned regions and will drive the Leadership Engagement Growth & Safety (LEGS) strategy of the Company. The Shift Supervisor oversees all daily operations with the management staff in direct responsibility for operations, quality, safety and account management, and will assist in managing and developing the team. Builds a strong and safe culture and working environment for direct reports Supervises and coordinates activities of workers at the job site Inspects work performed by employees to ensure quality is up to specifications and established standards Conducting new hires trainings Ordering supplies Responsible for 5 buildings: nightly audits, safety audits, safety meetings, training new hires, lead a team of 6 staff Must be able to bend, stand on feet for long periods of time, lift up to 40 lbs, communicate with Account Manager and Night Shift Supervisor, end of shift reports, and inventory control About Marsden Services Marsden Services, Marsden Holding Company, is a facility services provider with an unmatched reputation for operational excellence.
