Audiology Associates Seeks AudiologistAudiology Associates, a privately-owned independent Audiology practice in Santa Rosa, CA since 1984, is seeking an Audiologist to partner with our team. We have been helping physicians, allied health, nursing providers, and other organizations, by restoring people lives through better hearing through hearing loss prevention, medical functional hearing evaluations and most recently ear to brain rehabilitative services. This includes the opportunity to work alongside like-minded professionals.The Audiologist will be responsible for hearing health evaluations for patients of all ages, by providing Functional Hearing Assessments, including Adaptation, Assistive technology, Active Listening and AfterCare (MA5P Method®). The qualified individual will perform all diagnostic testing, Hearing Aid fittings, follow-up care, as well as counseling and education of the patient according to Best Practices. We are also looking for individuals that have experience in VNGs, ABRs, and cognitive issues.Located in Sonoma County – one of Northern California's most desirous living and working communities. (healthcare is paid 90% by the practice).Training/CEU and growth opportunitiesMain Job Functions:Provides excellent customer care and excellent patient relations.Conduct comprehensive diagnostic functional hearing evaluations/Balance screeningsExecutes a treatment plan using thorough counseling and education incorporating the MA5P Method® protocol/ Processing Speed screeningsTinnitus evaluation and management, VNGs, ABRs.Assist in clinical administrative functions including phone calls, documentation, reporting, tracking, etc.Involved in physician outreach, including community events, lunch and learns, health fairs, teaching at local universities, in-office education classes, etc. Take ownership of your schedule with 1 such activity per monthMaintain confidentiality of all business, patient information, and proprietary processes.Adhere to company policies and procedures.You Will Need:Education: Masters or Doctorate in AudiologyActive CA Dispensing license or eligible for licensureStrong leadership, and communication skillsPositive energy, self-starter, team playerProblem solving, organizational, and interpersonal skills
