Provide expert clinical pharmacy services in an inpatient hospital setting, ensuring patients receive appropriate medication therapy that aligns with established healthcare standards and protocols. Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive pharmacy services to inpatients in medical-surgical and critical care units.
• Identify, resolve, and prevent medication-related problems in collaboration with healthcare teams.
• Comply with hospital, state, and federal regulations governing pharmacy practice.
• Utilize pharmacy information systems and computer programs for medication management.
• Maintain accurate documentation and support safe medication distribution processes.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Current California Registered Pharmacist license in good standing.
• Minimum of one year hospital experience in an inpatient, decentralized pharmacy setting.
• Proficient with pharmacy software applications and Windows operating system.
• Strong clinical judgment and application of drug knowledge to patient care.
• Ability to adapt in a fast-paced hospital environment and work effectively within interprofessional teams.
