Seven Healthcare are seeking an experienced Polysomnographic Tech for a travel assignment in Bridgeport, WV. This role offers a unique opportunity to work in an acute care setting, specializing in sleep studies. As part of the team, you will perform high-quality polysomnograms and other sleep-related tests, supporting patient care in the department.

Key Responsibilities of the Polysomnographic Tech

• Performs high-quality polysomnograms and C-PAP Titration studies
• Performs multiple sleep latency testing accurately
• Utilizes proper testing montages to identify abnormalities and test artifacts
• Performs equipment checks and maintains accurate records
• Obtains consent for procedures and completes relevant questionnaires
• Monitors and documents patient data accurately throughout testing
• Ensures timely follow-up scheduling and data management

Requirements of the Polysomnographic Tech

• Registered Polysomnographic Technologist (RPSGT) or Registered Sleep Technologist (RST) with 18 months of Sleep Lab experience
• Respiratory Therapist licensure as applicable, with one year of experience
• Graduate of CoARC accredited School of Respiratory Care
• Certification in CPR and as a Registered Technician (RRT-SDS)
• One year of Sleep Study scoring experience
