About the Role
The Company is in search of a Vice President, Tax to take on a pivotal role in leading and modernizing tax operations within its private credit fund complex. The successful candidate will be responsible for end-to-end fund tax compliance, including federal and state filings, K-1 distribution, and all related reporting. This role demands a professional with a strong background in both domestic and international tax matters, particularly those related to private credit investment funds. The Vice President, Tax will also be involved in process improvement and automation initiatives, with a focus on modernizing how tax operations run. Applicants for the Vice President, Tax position at the company should have a minimum of 6 years' experience in Big Four and/or asset management tax, with a specific emphasis on partnership taxation, international tax reporting, and withholding tax compliance. The role requires a candidate with advanced Excel skills, a genuine interest in automation and AI-driven solutions, and the ability to communicate clearly and confidently in a cross-functional environment.
