The Senior Sales Engineer must have deep product knowledge and technical expertise along with demonstrated customer-facing skills. We are looking for someone who can create and lead sales presentations, product demonstrations, and educate customers (everyone from developers to product managers to C-level executives) on the technical side of utilizing risk management solutions. Primary Responsibilities IncludeConduct discovery calls to prospective client customers in partnership with the sales team to assess potential use cases and document requirementsWork with company engineering team to build proof-of-concept solutions Prepare demos and proof of concepts to demonstrate various use cases for Riskonnect solutionsCommunicate technical solutions and concepts to audiences ranging from managers to directors, VP’s and C-SuiteRun complete and compelling platform demos for prospective clients in partnership with the sales team to audiences ranging from managers to directors, VP’s and C-SuiteGuide the design and deployment of enterprise software solutions that impact multiple functional areas of a customer's organizationResearch to stay up-to-date on competitive solutions, productsDevelops and delivers outstanding Riskonnect presentations and demonstrations.Develop solutions to resolve customer requirements, including implementation effort and statement ofworks.Required QualificationsWorld class communicator. Confident dispensing knowledge to a highly skilled and experiencedaudienceincluding C-level executives.Firm understanding of enterprise integration best practicesThorough understanding of the software development lifecycle(SDLC)Experience in the GRC, Security or Risk Management spaceExperience with Salesforce.com and/or other Saas GRC or RMIS technologiesStrong understanding and knowledge of RMIS and/or GRC Platform(s)Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, MIS or a comparable field is preferred5 years of Professional experienceWHY JOIN RISKONNECT?At Riskonnect, innovation starts with our people.
