Assistant Project Manager

The ideal candidate will have experience assisting in the management of projects from conception to completion while delivering high-quality, cost-effective solutions. Responsibilities Monitor project progress and identify schedule, cost, quality, and operational risks. Review contractor schedules, RFIs, submittals, change orders, and progress reports for compliance with project requirements. Participate in construction and coordination meetings and provide updates to stakeholders and leadership teams. Track procurement activities and long-lead equipment to support project milestones and critical path requirements. Assist in managing project documentation, meeting minutes, action items, and reporting deliverables. Ensure compliance with project safety standards, quality requirements, and client expectations. Support the continuous improvement of project management processes, procedures, and best practices. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business Management, or related area strongly preferred; equivalent experience considered Data center, semiconductor or healthcare experience preferred Proficient in project management tools, project accounting, and construction drawings.
