We are seeking a Sales & Leasing Consultant to join our team! You will resolve customer questions and offer solutions to drive company revenue, while attending to the needs of the customer.
Responsibilities:
- Present different makes and models of used vehicles
- Present all different models and trim levels of New Chevrolet Vehicle Line-up
- Prospect and contact potential customers
- Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of latest developments with new products and/or special deals
- Knowledge of manufacturers rebates (if applicable)
Qualifications: - Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields preferred
- Familiarity with CRM platforms preferred
- Ability to build rapport with customers
- Strong negotiation skills desired
- Ability to discuss multiple features of the product
