CDL-A Driver Recruiter

HandledNow | Indianapolis, IN | Full-time | On-site/Hybrid Compensation: Base salary + uncapped commission on every placement About HandledNow HandledNow is a CDL-A driver staffing and direct-hire recruiting firm based in the Indianapolis area, partnering with major carrier accounts to place qualified drivers. We're growing quickly and expanding our in-house recruiting team to keep up. About the Role We're looking for a full-cycle recruiter who thrives on high call volume and knows how to convert conversations into placements. You'll own assigned job orders end-to-end - sourcing, screening, and placing CDL-A drivers for our carrier clients. This is an in-house, full-time position with a base salary plus uncapped commission - the more you place, the more you earn, with no ceiling. What You'll Do Source and screen CDL-A drivers for active job orders Run high-volume outbound calls to build and convert a candidate pipeline Manage candidates through the full cycle: screen, schedule, place Work assigned job orders in our ATS (Double Nickel) and keep pipeline data current Collaborate with the recruiting team and account managers to hit placement goals What We're Looking For 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience with trucking/logistics recruiting background Comfortable with high call volume in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment Self-starter who can manage a pipeline independently Strong phone presence and follow-up discipline Experience with an ATS/CRM (Double Nickel experience a plus, not required) Why HandledNow Base salary + uncapped commission structure - top performers see significant upside beyond base pay Established client relationships and steady flow of job orders Small, fast-moving team with direct visibility into your impact Growing company with room to build your book of business HandledNow is an Equal Opportunity Employer and makes employment decisions based on qualifications, merit, and business needs.
