Develop and implement strategic growth initiatives to expand our footprint within New Jersey. Mentor and guide the sales team, helping them refine their craft and achieve their individual performance targets. Maintain active relationships with key carrier partners to ensure competitive offerings for our policyholders. Represent The Atlantic District at community events and local networking functions to build lasting brand awareness. Analyze sales metrics and operational data to continuously improve agency efficiency and client satisfaction. Requirements Active New Jersey Property & Casualty Insurance License. Proven track record in insurance sales, agency management, or business development. Strong understanding of the local Toms River business landscape and community networks. Demonstrated ability to mentor sales staff and foster a collaborative environment. High level of proficiency with agency management software and lead tracking systems. Professional experience with commercial and personal lines underwriting guidelines.
