Physician Gastroenterology - Competitive Salary

Job Description Division Chief – Digestive Diseases Location: Cooperstown, NY Board Eligible or Board Certified in Gastroenterology •Lead a team of physicians and advanced practice clinicians in the Digestive Diseases/Gastroenterology department•Perform standard GI procedures; advanced skills in ERCP and EUS preferred•Educational focus: teach and mentor residents and medical students•Call schedule: no more frequent than 1:4•Instant referral base with over 300 clinicians in the network•EMR: EPIC•Group-employed model with visa sponsorship available (H-1B candidates welcome)Compensation & Incentives•Salary range: $615,000 – $725,000 plus incentive plan with no earnings cap•Sign-on bonus up to $200,000Qualifications •MD, DO, or MBBS•Board eligible or board certified in Gastroenterology•5–10 years post-fellowship experience highly preferred•Established clinician with leadership experience and program development skills•Interest in teaching residents and students•New York State licensure, BLS, and DEA requiredBenefits•Medical, dental, and vision insurance•Paid time off, including vacations and holidays•Life insurance and disability protection•Paid malpractice•Retirement plan•CME time and funding•Supportive transition bonus
