This position will work closely with customers to structure and close loans while developing new business and servicing an existing loan portfolio. What You'll Do:Building and maintaining strong customer relationshipsStructuring and closing commercial and agricultural loansManaging and servicing an existing portfolio of loansIdentifying new business opportunities and contributing to loan growthEnsuring compliance with lending policies and regulatory requirementsSkills for Success:Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.Minimum of three years' experience of lending, preferably involving commercial or agricultural clients.Knowledge of underwriting from origination to loan closingExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsStrong ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasksA passion for helping customers succeed and building lasting relationships What Makes Premier Community Bank Premier?
