Responsibilities:

• Lead sourcing and procurement efforts across domestic and international suppliers, driving continuous improvement

• Manage a team of 4 supply chain specialists

• Develop strategic supplier partnerships and enforce quality standards; manage procurement activities

• Collaborate with Operations, sales and leadership to align strategies and expectations

• Manage supplier relationships, including supplier selection, performance management, compliance, quality, cost, and delivery performance.

• Conduct supplier reviews, audits, and on-site visits nationally and internationally to evaluate quality and operational reliability.

• Negotiate pricing, contracts, and supplier agreements

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or similar required

• Demonstrated experience working with overseas manufacturers and suppliers and leading supply chain, sourcing, and procurement teams.

• strong understanding of foreign/global sourcing and negotiating supplier agreements and pricing

• Experience using ERP systems and reporting/analytics tools such as Power BI

• Previous supervisory or management experience

• Willingness to travel internationally, about 20%

• Excellent communication skills and strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office software
