Key Responsibilities: Customer Engagement * Deliver exceptional customer service by warmly greeting and assisting shoppers. * Answer customer inquiries and provide product recommendations with a positive and professional demeanor. * Foster a welcoming and inclusive environment to enhance the shopping experience. Sales & Goal Achievement * Support the team in meeting and exceeding sales goals and key performance indicators (KPIs). * Actively participate in promoting store promotions and initiatives. Team Collaboration * Collaborate with teammates to overcome challenges and share best practices. * Participate in team meetings, offering ideas and insights to improve store performance. Store Operations * Restock shelves, organize merchandise displays, and conduct inventory counts. * Maintain a clean, safe, and organized store environment that aligns with company standards. Problem Solving * Adapt to changing business needs, multitask effectively, and stay calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
