Operations Supervisor

Community Bridges, Inc. (CBI) is an integrated behavioral healthcare agency offering residential, outpatient, inpatient, patient‑centered medical homes, medication‑assisted treatment, and crisis services to individuals experiencing crisis, opioid use disorder, homelessness, and mental illness throughout Arizona. Operations Supervisor Job Summary: The Operations Supervisor is a member of the interdisciplinary treatment team in Crisis, Inpatient and/or Transition Point programs. The Operations Supervisor coordinates with the RN Supervisor, Behavioral Health Clinician (BHC), Patient Care Technician (PCT), Registered Nurse (RN), and Behavioral Health Medical Practitioner (BHMP) to ensure a safe environment and quality care for all patients at the assigned program. The Operations Supervisor provides oversight and guidance to the Patient Care Technician(s) on intake and discharge processes, and to Peer Support Specialists and Behavioral Health Clinicians to achieve effective patient throughput. Qualifications High school diploma required. Associate’s degree in a field related to Business or Health Care preferred. 1 or more years of full‑time health‑care related work experience with exposure to behavioral and medical crisis situations. 1 or more years of leadership and/or supervisory experience preferred.
