Automotive Service Manager / Lead Service Advisor
Established independent repair facility is seeking an experienced automotive professional to help lead operations and drive growth.
This position is ideal for a high-performing service advisor, service manager, shop foreman, or operations leader looking for a long-term opportunity.
Responsibilities include:
• Managing customer relationships
• Driving sales and profitability
• Coaching and supporting staff
• Improving shop efficiency and workflow
• Maintaining an exceptional customer experience
Qualifications:
• Automotive service advisor or management experience
• Strong sales and leadership skills
• Ability to motivate a team and hold people accountable
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
