Location: Montgomeryville, PA 18936 Pay: $22/hour + Weekly Pay (W2) + Medical, Dental & Vision Benefits
Job Details
- Contract: 3 months (Potential extension or permanent hire based on business needs)
- Shift: Monday - Friday | 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM
- Training: First 2 weeks: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- Overtime: Must be flexible for occasional OT (early starts or late finishes)
- Interview: In-person interview required
What You'll Do
- Pick, pack, wrap, and prepare orders for shipment.
- Print shipping labels and follow packing instructions.
- Load and unload trucks.
- Operate shipping equipment and help maintain inventory.
- Work with the Customer Service and Receiving teams to ensure on-time deliveries.
- Support warehouse operations as needed.
Requirements
- 2-3 years of shipping or warehouse experience.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office); Oracle experience is a plus.
- Basic math and counting skills.
- Forklift experience or certification is a plus (or willingness to become certified).
- Ability to lift up to 60 lbs and stand/walk throughout the shift.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
