Cash Applications Specialist - Part-Time

Pay Pay from $25 to $27 per hour Part-Time Hours Part-Time Hours: 15 - 20 hours per week. Required Availability Required Availability: Monday and Friday; Additional availability on Thursdays is a plus. Position Responsibilities Process customer checks, electronic payments and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently. Research and resolve payment discrepancies. Maintain department reports, including account analysis, reconciliations and accounting adjustments. Review payment data from third-party partners and match to customer accounts. Minimum Requirements High school diploma or equivalent. A bachelor’s degree is preferred. Accounts receivable or banking experience a plus. Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
