Team Leader

DESCRIPTION

Position Overview:

At Chick-fil-A Albemarle, our Team Leaders play a critical role in creating a remarkable experience for both our guests and our team. Team Leaders support the management team by leading shifts, coaching Team Members, and ensuring operational excellence in every area of the restaurant.

This role is ideal for someone who loves serving others, enjoys leading a team, and wants to grow personally and professionally.

What You'll Do:

As a Team Leader, you will:

• Lead and supervise Team Members during assigned shifts
• Ensure food is prepared accurately, following recipes and portion standards
• Maintain speed of service and high-quality guest experience
• Ensure cleanliness of workstations, dining room, restrooms, and facility
• Hold team accountable to cash handling and safety procedures
• Address guest concerns and resolve issues with care and professionalism
• Provide coaching, feedback, and encouragement to Team Members
• Communicate performance opportunities to management
• Open or close the restaurant when needed

What We're Looking For:

• 16+ years old
• Previous customer service experience preferred
• Leadership experience is a plus
• Hard-working and dependable
• Team-oriented with a positive attitude
• Strong communication and people skills
• Honest, coachable, and eager to grow
