Manage prospects through the CRM from inquiry to move-in. Build referral relationships with hospitals, physicians, rehabilitation centers, home health agencies, and community organizations. Coordinate a smooth move-in experience for new residents. Drive occupancy and achieve community sales goals. Qualifications Sales, business development, marketing, or senior living experience required . Proven ability to build relationships and close sales. Strong communication and presentation skills. Experience with CRM software and Microsoft Office. Valid driver's license.
