Qualifications:

• Current and unrestricted RN license
• Minimum of 1 year of recent Telemetry nursing experience
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications
• Strong assessment and critical thinking skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams
• Excellent communication and patient instruction abilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor, interpret, and document cardiac rhythms for telemetry patients
• Perform thorough patient assessments, recognizing and responding to changes promptly
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, following established protocols
• Work closely with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care
• Provide emotional support and clear education to patients and their families
• Maintain accurate patient records, ensuring compliance with all healthcare regulations
• Respond quickly and effectively to emergency situations as needed
