Senior Oncology Account Manager, Louisville

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Oncology Account Manager to join the team of a leader in the Pharmaceuticals & Biotech space. This remote role will focus on driving oncology product adoption within a defined territory through strategic account management and high-impact customer engagement. The position blends field-based selling, market analysis, and cross-functional collaboration to support patient access and strong commercial execution. Success in this role will require deep oncology expertise, strong launch experience, and the ability to operate effectively in competitive biopharma environments. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $150,000 – $230,000 annually Responsibilities Market the company's products effectively within the assigned territory Exceed performance goals by clearly positioning product benefits and value Manage time and territory activity to focus on the highest-impact engagements Collaborate with internal teams to support patient access initiatives Adapt between virtual and in-person customer interactions as needed Analyze market data to inform business planning and field strategy Build and maintain strong customer relationships Qualifications MA, MS, BA, or BS degree 12-15+ years of experience in biopharma 8-12+ years of experience in oncology product sales Proven track record supporting oncology product launches Experience with oral oncolytics and companion diagnostics Success in competitive marketplaces and solo-representative roles Experience in small to midsize biotech environments Ability to travel approximately 50% of the time Benefits Competitive cash compensation Robust equity awards Strong benefits package Significant learning and development opportunities Supportive culture focused on patient impact Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
