About the Role
The Company is seeking a Regional Vice President of Sales for the Central region. This in-market leadership role is pivotal in driving growth across enterprise accounts. The successful candidate will be responsible for owning the regional revenue strategy, building and leading a high-performing sales team, and working closely with various internal functions to ensure the team is well-equipped to help enterprise customers with their IT operations. The role demands a leader with a strong background in enterprise software sales, a proven track record of exceeding revenue targets, and the ability to sell complex solutions to large enterprise customers. The RVP will also be tasked with recruiting, developing, and retaining top sales talent, as well as establishing a culture of accountability, customer obsession, and continuous improvement. Applicants for the Regional Vice President of Sales position at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' of progressive enterprise software sales experience, with a significant focus on sales leadership. The role requires a candidate with a strong command of forecasting, pipeline management, and sales operations, as well as experience in building regional sales strategies and performance metrics. The ideal candidate will have an executive presence, excellent communication skills, and a leadership style that is customer-obsessed, data-driven, collaborative, and highly accountable. The position is not for the faint-hearted; it involves leading enterprise sales cycles in competitive environments and demands a leader who can operate with real autonomy, bringing their own plan to the table and adjusting it as necessary to achieve the desired results.
