This contract role offers the opportunity to work across multiple educational levels, from elementary through high school, ensuring each student receives the attention and guidance they need.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Active certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
• Current state license to practice as an SLP
• Experience delivering services in elementary, middle, and/or high school settings
• Strong collaboration skills for working with teachers, parents, and other specialists
• Familiarity with IEP processes and documentation requirements
• Effective communicator with students of diverse backgrounds and abilities
• Ability to adapt techniques for individual and group therapy

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and evaluate students for speech, language, and communication needs
• Develop and implement individualized speech therapy treatment plans
• Work with teachers and educational teams to integrate therapy goals into the classroom
• Maintain accurate records, write progress reports, and participate in IEP meetings
• Educate families and staff on effective strategies and support for student success
• Provide therapy services across elementary, middle, and high school age groups
• Create a supportive, engaging, and positive learning environment for all students
