The opportunity to improve health on a global scale stands before us.Meet the team:You will join Dexcom’s Supply Chain Network Planning Team, supporting the Supply Distribution and Order Fulfillment. This team plays a critical role in ensuring orders are fulfilled on-time to customers continuing access to Dexcom CGM technology and improving outcomes for people living with diabetes. This role is for a self-starter with Supply Chain experience to provide analytical metrics, analytics and change to areas with opportunity for improvement.Where you come in:Forecast warehouse demand and establish replenishment plansDevelop and maintain demand supply projection modelsEvaluate warehouse nodes supply flow and target stocking levelsDevelop KPIs, identify trends and proposals within presentations for quarterly reviewSupport and align inventory impacts with EMEA and APAC teamsAnalyze NPI and supply implementation strategiesSupport sunsetting SKUs and provide timeline modelDevelop and standardize processes and data dashboardsInvestigate inventory problems, finds root causes, and deliver solutions with cross-functional departmentsLead continuous improvement and cost savings initiativesWhat makes you successful:You have intermediate to advance user of Microsoft Excel,MS Office Word, Outlook, PowerpointExperience with ERP/MRP/Planning systemsHas strong inter-personal skills to be collaborative with team-based environment and gathers input from othersSelf-starter comfortable leading cross-regional and cross- functional meetings that will interact/lead with different teamsAbility to stay organized while maintaining program/project timeline deliverablesWork environment is fast paced and must be able to balance multiple deadlinesHands-on experience with forecasting, build planning, and inventory management in a dynamic, changing environmentExperience in analyzing data, identifying trends, and translating insights into actionable plans and recommendationsAbility to communicate clearly and effectively with cross-functional teamsAbility to be proactive in identifying risks, constraints, and gaps and you take initiative to drive timely resolutionLean Six Sigma / Supply Chain course completion a plusWhat you’ll get:A front row seat to life changing CGM technology.
