Field Install Tech

Field Installation Technician

We are seeking a Field Installation Technician to support residential security system upgrades within HOA communities throughout South Florida. Technicians will typically complete 2-3 jobs per day, installing wireless devices, performing low-voltage work, and upgrading existing burglar alarm systems. Standard business hours, Monday through Friday.

Responsibilities

• Install and upgrade burglar alarm and low-voltage systems
• Install wireless devices and system enhancements
• Work with Vista 20 alarm systems and related technologies
• Test and troubleshoot installed equipment
• Educate customers on system functionality
• Track inventory and job completion through mobile devices

Required Qualifications

• Low-voltage installation experience
• Burglar alarm experience
• Experience with Vista 20, Alarm.com, and/or IQ Panel systems
• BASA/FASA certification
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Own basic hand tools and ladder
• Strong customer service skills
• Dependable, outgoing, and self-motivated

Preferred Qualifications

• CCTV experience
• Networking or smart home experience
• Previous field service experience
