As a Scheduler, you will:

• Communicate with care to all prospective families; you are often the first interaction people have with Monkey Mouths.
• Communicate well with other departments to gather information (authorizations, scheduling, billing, etc) inside and outside of Monkey Mouths.
• Collaborate with other team members to include Speech Therapists, Occupational Therapists, Audiology, and Administrative Staff.
• Input accurate information into Practice Perfect & CounselEar.
• Assist families and therapists with scheduling, rescheduling, and canceling appointments & evaluations using Practice Perfect & CounselEar.
• Ensure the profitability of the company by managing therapy schedules and contacting an average of at least 10 calls per full work day.
• Maintain company standards, by enforcing our attendance policies.
• Utilize many websites and portals to obtain insurance information for families.
• Attend trainings and meetings set by your Clinical Director, Supervisor, or Company Owner.
• Actively communicate by email through Microsoft Outlook.
• Utilize our payroll system to report time worked and request time off.
• Abide by all company Policies & Procedures.
• Assume other projects and responsibilities as assigned by my supervisor

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to lift at least 30lbs.
• Must be able to read small print.
• Must be able to interact verbally with children, caregivers and the public.
• Must be able to type on a keyboard.
• Must be able to answer telephones.
