• Schedule: M-F 8am to 4:30pm
• Location: Denver, CO
• Pay: Starting $22/hr

We are seeking a Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic client support team. In this role, you will serve as a primary point of contact for diverse customers, providing exceptional service in both English and Spanish. Your responsibilities will include addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and supporting client needs through effective communication and problem-solving. Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with customers via phone, email, and chat in both English and Spanish, ensuring clear and professional communication.
• Assist clients with account inquiries, product information, and service requests while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Conduct outbound calling campaigns to follow up on inquiries, gather feedback, or promote relevant services.
• Accurately enter and update customer data within the company’s CRM system, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
• Handle cash transactions and process payments securely when necessary.
• Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and active listening skills to understand customer needs thoroughly.
• Collaborate with team members across departments to resolve complex issues efficiently.
• Maintain detailed records of interactions and transactions for reporting and analysis purposes.
• Support the onboarding of new clients by providing comprehensive information about services and procedures.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by sharing insights from customer interactions.

Experience

• Proven experience in call center or customer support roles, preferably with outbound calling responsibilities.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish strong verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver excellent customer service in fast-paced environments.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer skills.
• Experience with data entry, CRM systems, or similar software platforms.
• Knowledge of sales techniques and client engagement strategies is a plus.
• Strong analysis skills for identifying trends or issues based on customer interactions.
• Previous experience handling cash transactions or processing payments is desirable.
• Call center experience or customer support background that emphasizes professionalism and patience.
