In this exciting role, you’ll be part of a fast-growing, vibrant RV and marine industry, where success is limitless, and fun is a must! If you're career-driven, a self-starter, and ready to thrive in an ever-expanding company, keep reading. No sales experience? No problem! We believe in potential, passion, and drive. We’ll provide the tools and training you need to excel, including a training salary during your first 60 days to help you get started. What You’ll Do:
- Create a fun buying experience that our customers will never forget!
- Build strong relationships and maintain open communication throughout the sales process.
- Set, meet, and exceed sales goals with confidence.
- Be the go-to liaison between customers and all departments.
- Conduct impressive walk-through presentations and stay in touch with potential buyers.
- Participate in ongoing training, morning meetings, and special vendor sessions to keep your skills sharp.
- Attend exciting RV shows, 2-3 times a year.
- Most importantly, have a blast selling dreams on wheels and waves!
- Uncapped earning potential – top performers can make over $200k annually!
- A training salary during your first 60 days to ensure a smooth start.
