Clinical Specialist, Joint Replacement - Eugene, OR

Stryker seeks a Clinical Specialist to support orthopedic joint replacement surgeries in Eugene and Portland, Oregon. The role involves providing surgical support for both robotic and manual procedures, including pre-operative planning, equipment setup, and real-time OR assistance, with on-call availability required.
Responsibilities
- Develop competency in manual and robotic joint replacement case coverage through hands-on training
- Support surgeons with pre-operative CT planning, implant sizing, and positioning using software
- Prepare operating room including instrumentation checks, equipment setup, and case readiness
- Troubleshoot technical issues efficiently during surgical procedures
- Provide on-call coverage for evenings, weekends, and holidays to support urgent cases
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree, or Associate degree with 4 years relevant experience
- Valid driver's license and fluency in written and spoken English
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs; stand for extended periods
- Preferred: 1 year relevant clinical or healthcare experience
- Ability to manage stressful operating room situations professionally
Compensation: $59,900 - $83,300 USD Annual
