Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care on a rapid admission unit serving general medical and pre-surgical patients
• Manage a patient ratio of 5:1 in a fast-paced, high-turnover environment
• Communicate clearly and effectively with interdisciplinary team members while working independently
• Monitor and assess patients requiring medical-surgical and telemetry-level care
• Maintain BLS and ACLS certifications and adhere to all clinical protocols

Required Qualifications

• Active, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license — Nursys verification required
• BLS certification required
• ACLS certification required
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Medical-Surgical and/or Telemetry nursing
• Resume/work history with no employment gaps greater than 60 days
• Completed skills checklist and professional references required at time of submission

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience in a rapid admission or high-acuity medical-surgical environment
• Strong ability to prioritize and adapt in a high patient-turnover setting
• Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision
