Loan Assistant

Blackwell, 1350 W Doolin, Blackwell, Oklahoma, United States of America RCB Bank is seeking a Loan Assistant to support loan officers with administrative and clerical duties. What we’re looking for You are self‑motivated and can prioritize tasks. You possess excellent time management skills and strong verbal and written communication skills. You enjoy working with the public and can greet customers in a friendly, courteous manner. You can manage detailed tasks/projects with accuracy while meeting stringent deadlines. You care about your community and have a desire to be involved. What you’ll do Serve as primary receptionist for Loan Officers and assist with the loan needs of the branch/market. Greet and direct visitors applying for a loan. Organize loans for customer signature and loan processing; prepare loans for booking; type credit memos, letters and correspondence. Cross‑sell bank products. Answer and direct incoming calls or relay messages, as circumstances dictate. Complete clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying, faxing, and scanning. What you must have High school diploma or GED. Financial organizational skills and understanding of financial information. What might set you apart Previous experience as a loan assistant.
