At eTEK Precision Manufacturing, we value precision, quality, and teamwork. Our ISO 9001:2015 and ITAR-registered shop in Cedarburg, WI is clean, climate-controlled, and equipped with late-model Miyano Lathes and other advanced machines.
We’re looking for an experienced Lathe Programmer / Operator who takes pride in producing high-quality parts and wants to grow with a company that respects skill and accountability.
What You’ll Do
- Program, set up, and operate Miyano lathes with Mitsubishi controls and bar feeders.
- Perform first article inspections and make offset adjustments.
- Load bar-stock and maintain production efficiency.
- Keep accurate inspection and production records.
- Contribute to continuous improvement and maintain a safe, organized workspace.
- Machine Maintenance tasks.
What You Bring
- Experience programming, setting up, and running CNC Lathes with bar feeders.
- Strong mechanical aptitude, blueprint reading, and GD&T skills.
- Troubleshooting
- Strong mechanical aptitude with blueprint reading and precision measurement skills.
- Self-motivated, reliable, and accountable.
Physica l: Able to stand for full shifts and lift up to 50 lbs as needed.
