Job Description

The Cardiac Cath Lab Tech will be responsible for assisting with diagnostic and interventional procedures in the cardiac catheterization lab. The selected candidate will work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide top-quality care to patients undergoing cardiac procedures.

Responsibilities

• Perform cardiac catheterization procedures under the direction of a physician.
• Set up and maintain equipment for procedures.
• Monitor patient conditions and provide necessary assistance during procedures.
• Document procedures and patient information accurately.
• Adhere to safety protocols and infection control standards.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Certification as a Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory Technician (ARRT or equivalent).
• Previous experience in a cardiac catheterization lab is preferred.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications.
